Center of United Actions is an analytical and advocacy organization that monitors the balance of power in Ukraine and develops the capacity of the government and communities to develop and implement effective policies.
Since 2009, Center of United Actions has been one of the most influential public organizations in Ukraine, advocating for the adoption of the law on access to public information, achieving the adoption of the electoral code, and accompanying the progress of medical, educational reforms, and European integration.
Center of United Actions is non-partisan in all aspects of its activities and independent of any political forces, organizations, religious, or commercial groups inside or outside Ukraine.
Our values: professionalism, respect for people, non-discrimination, personal freedom, honesty.
Our goal is to make government more accountable and effective, and help citizens systematically interact with it.
How do we achieve our goal?
We monitor initiatives and decisions of the parliament, government and president that change people’s lives and affect the balance of power in Ukraine.
In understandable language, we explain which circle of people these decisions affect and how they can change their lives. We demonstrate the scale of the impact of legislative initiatives, the interaction of various stakeholders and the importance of a balance between sometimes opposing interests.
We help government bodies at different levels develop policies to solve socially important problems by providing services for policy analysis, involving citizens and/or interest groups in the decision-making process and developing alternatives.
