Summary:
- specifies the procedure for organization of temporary housing funds for internally displaced persons
- housing from a housing fund is not provided if the displaced person or any member of their family owns habitable housing, its size is not less than 13.65 m² per person, and it is located in areas not included in the list of the occupied territories or active (formerly active) combat zones
- priority criteria for providing temporary housing are specified. Preferentially the housing will be provided to:
- internally displaced families of service members that participated in combat
- IDPs who have suffered repeated displacement due to the large-scale invasion
- families that include pregnant women
- persons who have lost their ability to work, pensioners.
