- the Ministry for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine is renamed to the Ministry of National Unity of Ukraine.

- renaming ministries is a lengthy process and instead of developing and implementing state policies, the ministry’s staff will be occupied with resolving bureaucratic issues
- it is unclear which functions the Ministry of National Unity will perform
- it is unclear how the policy on the reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine will be implemented.
