Summary:
- introduces a state subsidy to reimburse expenses for renting or sub-renting real estate (buildings, structures, premises, or their parts) used as bookstores
- the subsidy will be provided in the amount of the quarterly rent, but cannot exceed 20% of the total value of sold books or the maximum reimbursement amount established by law
- clarifies the principles for implementing the annual natural aid program in the form of a certificate for purchasing books
- state assistance for purchasing books will be provided via Diia
- state assistance for purchasing books will be granted:
- for a year after a Ukrainian citizen turns 18
- to one of the parents or other legal representatives of the child for a year after the child is born.

- state subsidy and state assistance for purchasing books will support the book publishing industry in Ukraine.
