Who is affected: the Ministry of Defense, oblast, Kyiv city, and raion military (state) administrations, local military administrations, and the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development
Summary:
- the Ministry of Defense, oblast, Kyiv city, and raion military (state) administrations, local military administrations, and the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development are obliged to ensure the construction of military engineering and fortification structures at the expense of the government budget, local budgets, and other sources
- land use permits and compliance with urban planning restrictions are not required for the construction of fortification structures
- construction documentation for the construction of fortification structures has to be approved by the respective military command responsible for the territory where the construction is planned.
What is right:
The resolution will allow the state to quickly strengthen its defense capabilities by simplifying procedures for the construction of fortification structures.
