Who is affected: private individuals and legal entities under sanctions and the international community
Summary:
- sanctions are imposed against 147 private individuals with citizenship of Russia, Cyprus, Uzbekistan, Belarus, or Ukraine, as well as against 303 legal entities from Russia, UAE, Cyprus, Turkey, China, Malta, and Uzbekistan.
- the following restrictions are imposed against natural persons: the blocking of assets, prevention of capital withdrawal from Ukraine, prohibition to participate in privatization, a ban on entering the territory of Ukraine, and prohibition to buy land
- the following sanctions are imposed against legal entities: blocking of assets, a complete halt of trade operations, prohibition to participate in privatization and procurements, and prohibition to transfer technologies
- sanctions against these individuals and legal entities are imposed for 10 years.
What is right: the state continues to implement its policy of imposing sanctions against Russians.
