- the General Staff of the AFU will be granted the authority to create search groups with the approval from the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War and establish the procedure for conducting search operations
- the Commissioner for Persons Missing under Special Circumstances will be able to communicate with individuals who may have information about the missing person. If these individuals agree, they can provide written or oral explanations regarding the issue.
