In March, Volodymyr Zelensky signed laws on the right to posthumous parenthood and fair lobbying, as well as a decree on the selection of candidates for the position of a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine under the presidential quota. Meanwhile, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for determining the localities traditionally inhabited by representatives of national minorities. We will explain how these legal acts will affect people’s lives and, additionally, clarify the collision regarding the “Chornobyl” financial assistance.
