Who is affected: civic associations, research and project organizations, institutions, and enterprises (private, municipal, and state) that operate in the cultural heritage protection sector
Summary: civic associations will be allowed to participate in cultural heritage protection if their statutory goals include:
- issues of cultural heritage protection
- involvement of broad segments of the population in cultural heritage protection
- public oversight of the preservation, use, conservation, restoration, rehabilitation, museification, and repairs
- promotion of the work of cultural heritage protection authorities.
What is right: the list of legal forms of civic associations that can participate in cultural heritage protection will be extended.
