  • the Cabinet approved the draft agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the International Criminal Court regarding the opening of the Court’s Office in Ukraine 

What is right: 

  • the international community will be more actively involved in the investigation of war crimes committed in the course of Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine 
  • chances of bringing guilty parties to justice will increase 
  • the opening of the Court’s office in Ukraine is a prerequisite for the creation of an international tribunal to hold Russia’s leadership accountable for the war and war crimes.
