Who is affected: the Cabinet, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, military administrations of Kherson oblast, rescue workers, and residents affected by the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station.
Summary of the order: Kherson oblast and city military administrations in cooperation with local executive bodies of local councils and military administrations are ordered to do the following:
- to launch inspections of buildings and structures damaged as a result of the destruction of the dam
- to launch the work of commissions inspecting damaged buildings and structures and involve a sufficient number of inspectors
- to include information about damaged buildings and structures in the State Register of Property Damaged or Destroyed due to Hostilities
- to develop and approve a plan for the inspection of damaged buildings and structures, defining the inspection procedure and deadlines
- inspection of buildings and structures will be carried out after other important work is finished: search and rescue, demining, and investigations by law enforcement agencies investigating criminal cases.
