Who is affected: the National Agency of Ukraine for finding tracing and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes (ARMA); sanatoriums whose property is under arrest; government bodies, enterprises, institutions, and organizations managing assets; internally displaced persons; service members; war veterans
Summary:
- the procedure for transferring seized assets of sanatoriums to the ARMA will be simplified: it will be allowed to transfer all their property to the ARMA without a tender
- it will be allowed to use seized sanatorium property for the accommodation of internally displaced persons and the rehabilitation of service members and war veterans.
What is right:
- there will be less red tape complicating the process
- service members will be able to get quality rehabilitation in specialized sanatoriums and resort establishments
- IDPs will have temporary accommodation
- qualified managers will be engaged in saving and increasing the value of seized assets.
