- Natalia Onishchenko, Deputy Head of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences
- Alla Ivanovska, Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of Constitutional, Administrative, and Financial Law, Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of the Leonid Yuzkov Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law
- Tetiana Tsuvina, Acting Head of the Department of Civil Procedure, Arbitration, and International Private Law of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University
- members of the selection committee appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers based on proposals from donors who have been providing international technical assistance on corruption prevention in the last two years include:
- Laura Stefan, Founder and Executive Director of the Expert Forum (EFOR), international anti-corruption reform expert for the European Commission, World Bank, UNDP, OECD, and Head of the Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative
- Matthew Murray, Founder and Head of an anti-corruption NGO and consulting company Sovereign Ventures, adjunct professor at Columbia University
- Andrii Kozlov, a private practice lawyer.

- the order launches the process of selecting the Head of the NACP according to Article 6 of the Law on Corruption Prevention.
