Summary: the staff of the central and territorial departments of NABU will be increased to 1000 employees, of which no more than 750 will be the management staff.

- NABU’s institutional capabilities will increase
- vacant positions at NABU will be gradually filled: a hundred positions each year from 2024 to 2026.
Background information: on November 8, 2023, the European Commission published a report on Ukraine. Among other things, it recommended to adopt a law increasing the number of NABU employees.
