Fewer bonuses for judges

Who is affected: judges 

Summary of the bill: judges will stop getting bonuses for holding administrative positions of court heads and deputy court heads. 

What is right: less money will be required from the government budget. 

What is wrong: 

• the decrease in expenses will not be significant enough to achieve the declared goals of the bill: to save money and optimize the administration of courts’ work during wartime 

• court heads and deputy court heads will have less motivation and independence.
