Who is affected: residents of Ukraine, businesses, government bodies and local governments, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military units, and law enforcement agencies 

Summary of the bill: 

• martial law will be extended by 90 more days: from February 19 until May 20, 2023. 

What is right: 

• the bill facilitates the possibility to maintain state governance and strengthen security measures in the face of the full-fledged invasion by Russia.
