- the general mobilization in Ukraine will be extended by 90 days: from February 14 until May 13, 2024
- martial law will be extended by 90 days: from February 14 until May 13, 2024
- the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be ordered to inform the UN Secretary-General and other foreign officials about the extension of martial law in Ukraine and the corresponding restrictions on civil and human rights and freedoms that constitute a temporary violation of Ukraine’s obligations under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
