Summary of the bill: 

• general mobilization will be extended by 90 more days: from February 19 until May 20, 2023. 

What is right: 

• the bill facilitates the possibility for military units and law enforcement agencies to recruit new personnel via general mobilization to defend the country against the Russian armed aggression.
