Who is affected: persons subject to military service, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military units, and law enforcement agencies 

Summary of the bill: the draft age will be lowered from 27 to 25 years. Individuals who did not register with the enlistment office at the age of 18 will have to register when they turn 25. 

What is right: Ukraine will be able to enlist more service members to the Armed Forces and other military units in the course of general mobilization.
