Summary: the following agreements will be denounced:
- Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on means of missile warning systems and control of space, 1997
- Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on mutual settlement of debts for supplied energy resources and fissile materials, 1997
- Agreement of 2000 between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on conditions for backup supplies and payment for Russian natural gas to Ukraine in 2001
- Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on the provision of a state loan for financing the completion of nuclear power plants in Ukraine, 2002
- Agreement 2003 between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on the settlement of claims arising from the air disaster that occurred on October 4, 2001
- Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on international road transport, 1992
- Protocol between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the phased abolition of exclusions from the free trade regime, 2004
- Agreement of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) on cooperation in the field of studying, investigation and use of mineral raw material resources, 1997
- Agreement on mutual recognition of total work experience and length of service in prosecution authorities in CIS member states, 1998
- Agreement on measures to prevent and terminate the use of false trademarks and geographical indications, 1999
- Agreement on the procedure for transferring samples of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors, 2011.
What is right: the bill aligns the contractual and legal framework with the current realities of relations of Ukraine with the Russian Federation, Belarus, and CIS member states.
