- provisions that require state bodies, local self-government bodies, and enterprises, institutions, and organizations to prioritize petitions and complaints from Heroes of the Soviet Union and Heroes of Socialist Labor will be removed
- the bill specifies that petitions and complaints from Heroes of Ukraine and their family members, holders of the orders of Freedom, of Merit, of Princess Olha, or Bohdan Khmelnytsky, combat veterans, and individuals with war-related disabilities will be prioritized.
