Who is affected: residents of Ukraine, businesses, police, and courts
Summary:
- the following administrative penalties will be introduced for violating restrictions imposed under martial law:
- a fine from 8500 to 17000 UAH for violating the curfew
- repeated violation of the curfew within a year will result in a fine from 17000 to 34000 UAH
- for businesses violating blackout or work schedule restrictions imposed under martial law a fine from 51000 to 102000 UAH will be introduced
- for repeated violation of blackout or work schedule restrictions within a year, a business will have to pay from 170000 to 340000 UAH.
- cases about violations of the restrictions introduced under martial law will be considered by local courts
- police officers will be granted the right to issue administrative offense protocols and arrest the perpetrators
- military administrations will be granted the right to introduce restrictions on working hours for communal and private companies.
What is right:
- people who violate the curfew, blackout, and working hours restrictions introduced under martial law will be held accountable.
