Summary:
- Ukrainian citizens aged 25 to 60 who were recognized as being partially fit for military service before April 22, 2024 (excluding those recognized as persons with disabilities), will be required to undergo a repeated medical examination to determine their fitness for military service by June 5, 2025, upon the enactment of this law. Thus, the law will extend the deadline for undergoing the repeated medical examination
- such citizens will be obliged to contact the territorial recruitment centers either in person or via the electronic cabinet of the conscript, person liable for military service, and reservist to obtain a referral for the military medical commission to undergo a medical examination.

Background information:
In the law amending some of the laws on ensuring the rights of service members and police officers to social protection, it was determined that fit citizens must undergo a repeated medical examination within 9 months after the enactment of this law to determine their fitness for service.
