Instead of creating a single bureaucratic structure, there is a need to strengthen and coordinate the efforts of various departments, effectively interact with the public sector and media, and develop long-term communication strategies.

On December 3, 2014, the Cabinet established the Ministry of National Unity by renaming the Ministry for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
