  • the <\/span>Ministry for the Development of Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure<\/span> will take over the authority of the Ministry of Energy to define and implement the state policy on efficient energy use<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • the Ministry of Energy will retain the powers concerning renewable energy sources and alternative gas fuels.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • the balance of powers within the energy sector will be disturbed due to the transfer of powers from the Ministry of Energy to the Ministry for the Development of Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
