Depending on the results of such a report, the work of the minister can be deemed unsatisfactory, and in this case, a submission to dismiss the minister can be issued.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>What is right<\/strong>: the Parliament gets more controlling powers. A justification<span style=\"color: #800000;\"> <a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/itd.rada.gov.ua\/billInfo\/Bills\/pubFile\/1447395\">from the explanatory note<\/a><\/span> that the bill will allegedly boost the capacities and the autonomy of the UCF does not correspond to the content of the bill.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Foundations for state policy on veterans\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Draft bill <a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/itd.rada.gov.ua\/billInfo\/Bills\/Card\/40475\">#\u202f8036 of September 15, 2022<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Sponsor:<\/strong> the Cabinet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Who is affected:<\/strong> service members, veterans, defenders of Ukraine, the Cabinet, ministries, and social security bodies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Summary of the bill:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the foundations of the internal policy on national security and defense will have to include:\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a state policy on veterans and the creation of a system of bringing service members to civilian life\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">social support for veterans honored for outstanding service to the Motherland, families of the veterans killed in action, and defenders of Ukraine.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">one of the key elements of the internal social policy will be to provide veterans, families of veterans killed in action, and defenders of Ukraine with affordable housing\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the following provisions will be added as key elements of humanitarian policies:\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">improvements of the state policies on veteran sports and physical rehabilitation\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">measures to glorify defenders of Ukraine, both men and women, fair honoring and preserving the memory of the defenders of Ukraine killed in action.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>What is right:<\/strong> to implement the proposed changes, some amendments to the laws or acts by the Cabinet will be necessary, but the initiative highlights the Government\u2019s priorities regarding the policy on veterans.
