Not only IDPs but also a significant number of people that live on the territories outside the combat zone have lost their jobs because of the war. The Cabinet, however, introduced preferential treatment only for IDPs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><strong>Alternative solution<\/strong>: <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">give the same financial incentive to all employers that create jobs in the time of war.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 provides funding to repair basic transportation infrastructure, resume the supply of public utilities, and restore minimal housing and social infrastructure in the northern oblasts damaged by the military hostilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><strong><span lang=\"en-US\" style=\"color: #800000;\">Denunciation of agreements with belarus on
