Due to confusion in terms and legal loopholes, men under 25 deemed \u201cpartially fit\u201d during wartime due to health reasons were immediately registered as liable for military service without deferral. Consequently, military recruitment centers started to mobilize young individuals under 25 who had not completed regular military service, had not received military education, and had not undergone basic military training in higher education establishments (it will commence on September 1, 2025).
