data-contrast=\"none\"> the creation of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) was once a requirement for Ukraine to obtain a visa-free regime with the EU. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/laws\/show\/772-19#Text\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">The law<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> stipulates that ARMA is a state body that finds assets of criminal case suspects upon request from law enforcement agencies and manages arrested assets.<\/span><span
