of Ukraine. It coordinates and controls the work of executive bodies in the area of national security and defense. Therefore, as a coordinating body, the National Security and Defense Council cannot have independent powers and interfere with executive power<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">the Verkhovna Rada cannot initiate disciplinary actions against members of the Cabinet of Ministers.
