According to the law, one of the principles of its independence is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/laws\/show\/576-19#n14\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">the special procedure<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> for appointing and dismissing members of the Accounting Chamber.
