The selection committee that is supposed to select HQCJ members was <\/span><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pravda.com.ua\/columns\/2023\/03\/14\/7393303\/\">launched<\/a><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> in the fall of 2021. The competition began in February 2022. That is, the HQCJ has not been working for more than three years, and this has a negative impact on the entire judicial system.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">What is right: <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">the draft bill <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">unblocks judicial reform.
